For Malaysian schools

School paperwork, done before you leave the staffroom.

SekolahBuddy drafts your RPH, keeps PBD records in order, builds quizzes and prepares the reports your school asks for — so the evening after school belongs to you again.

Pre-launch. Independently developed and not affiliated with KPM.

An RPH draft assembling itself from five administrative details a teacher already has — the DSKP standard, the class, the learning objective, the activity and the PBD assessment — into one editable Rancangan Pengajaran Harian document.

The real cost

What keeps you late is rarely the teaching

All of it has to be done, and none of it is why you became a teacher. SekolahBuddy takes over the assembly work and leaves you the judgement.

  • RPH

    What it costs now

Retyping the same standards, objectives and activities into a fresh template every single week.

    What SekolahBuddy hands back

A complete draft with the class, the DSKP standard and the activity already in place, ready to edit.

  • PBD

    What it costs now

Chasing mastery levels across worksheets, exercise books and a spreadsheet only you can read.

    What SekolahBuddy hands back

One place to record TP levels per pupil, and a report that comes out of what you already entered.

  • Reporting

    What it costs now

Rebuilding the same exam analysis and attendance summaries by hand, in whichever format was asked for this time.

    What SekolahBuddy hands back

The documents your school routinely asks for, generated in DOCX, PDF or XLSX and formatted the way schools expect.

  • Quizzes and class admin

    What it costs now

Writing twenty questions on a Sunday night, marking them twice, then updating the class list again.

    What SekolahBuddy hands back

Syllabus-aligned questions you can rewrite, auto-marking for the objective ones, and one roster everything else reads from.

What SekolahBuddy does

Five tools that share one class list

These run side by side, not in sequence. Use the one that helps this week and leave the rest until you want them.

  • School and class management

Keep school details, classes, student rosters and timetables in one structure instead of four spreadsheets.

Rosters, timetables and attendance all point at the same class.

  • AI quiz builder

Generate quizzes aligned to the KSSR and KSSM syllabus, then edit every question before it reaches your pupils.

Editable questions, with auto-marking for objective items.

  • Challenges

Run gamified challenges and leaderboards for one class or across the school, without adding to the marking pile.

Class-level or school-level, with points and badges.

  • AI lesson plans (RPH)

Draft a DSKP-aligned Rancangan Pengajaran Harian in minutes, then edit it like an ordinary document.

Drafts mapped to the standard you choose, never locked.

  • KPM document generation

Prepare the documents schools routinely require — RPH, PBD reporting, exam analysis — in formats you can actually submit.

DOCX, PDF and XLSX exports in commonly used layouts.

Who it is for

Built for cikgu first, and for the school around them

A teacher and a GB open SekolahBuddy for different reasons. Both should find what they came for on the first screen.

Two views of the same timetable

For cikgu

Teachers carrying a full timetable and a fuller folder

  • Draft tomorrow’s RPH without digging out last year’s file.
  • Build a quiz and mark it in the same sitting.
  • Record PBD mastery levels as you go, not the night before the deadline.
  • Keep one class list that the roster, timetable and challenges all read from.

For GB and pentadbir

Headteachers, principals and school administrators

  • See classes, teachers and timetables across the school in one structure.
  • Onboard teachers in groups instead of one account at a time.
  • Draw school-level reporting from what teachers have already recorded.
  • Run a challenge across classes when the school wants a shared activity.

Responsible use

What we will and will not claim

SekolahBuddy is independently developed. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by or certified by the Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia. Its templates are designed around commonly used Malaysian school workflows and document formats.

Everything generated is a draft. Teachers and schools remain responsible for reviewing lesson plans, quiz questions and reports before they are used in class or submitted to anyone.

SekolahBuddy is being designed for responsible handling of teacher and student data, and we will describe exactly how that works before launch. Until then we will not name a hosting location, an encryption standard, a certification or a compliance status we cannot yet stand behind.

Tell us who you are and where you teach. We will write once, when SekolahBuddy is ready for your school.

SekolahBuddy is pre-launch. This form is not yet connected to a service, so submitting it does not send or store anything.

How you would like us to address you.

Used only to tell you when SekolahBuddy opens.

So we know whether to show you the teacher view or the school view first.

Schools differ by state, and so may the rollout.
