Features

Everything SekolahBuddy prepares for you

Five capabilities built on one class list. Each one exists to remove a specific piece of repeated typing from a teacher’s week.

School and class management

One class list that everything else reads from

Set up your school, your classes, your pupils and your timetable once. After that the roster, the attendance record, the quizzes and the challenges all point at the same list, so a transferred pupil or a swapped period is corrected in exactly one place.

Classes carry the details Malaysian schools already keep: class name and level, subject teachers, the session, and the periods that make up the week. Nothing has to be re-entered later just to produce a report.

  • Student rosters using the fields your school already records.
  • Timetables built on real periods, not generic calendar blocks.
  • Attendance recorded against the class and ready for the attendance record.
  • A change made once is reflected everywhere that class appears.

AI quiz builder

Quiz questions you are free to argue with

Choose the subject, the year or form, the topic and how many questions you want. SekolahBuddy generates a set aligned to the KSSR or KSSM syllabus for that level, and every question arrives editable — stem, options and answer key.

Auto-marking handles the objective questions so the marking pile stops growing. You keep the part that genuinely needs a teacher: deciding whether a question is worth asking at all.

  • Subject, year or form, topic and question count as ordinary controls.
  • Every generated question can be rewritten before pupils see it.
  • Auto-marking for objective questions.
  • Reuse a set across classes taking the same topic.

Challenges

A reason to practise, without more marking

Turn a topic into a timed challenge for one class, or open it to several classes when the school wants something shared. Pupils collect points and badges; you watch a leaderboard instead of a pile of worksheets.

Challenges use the same question sets as the quiz builder and the same class list as the roster, so running one costs you a few minutes rather than an afternoon of setup.

  • Run a challenge at class level or across the whole school.
  • Points, badges and a leaderboard that updates as pupils finish.
  • Built from question sets you have already reviewed.
  • Class-versus-class comparison when the school wants a shared activity.

AI lesson plans (RPH)

An RPH draft that starts where your week already is

Pick the class, the subject and the DSKP standard you are teaching. SekolahBuddy assembles a Rancangan Pengajaran Harian draft with the standard, the learning objective, the activity structure and the PBD assessment already filled in, in the field order teachers expect.

The draft opens in an editable workspace, not a locked preview. Rewrite the objective, change the set induksi, swap the assessment — it behaves like a document, because that is what it has to be when you submit it.

  • Drafts mapped to the DSKP standard you select.
  • Familiar field names: Standard Kandungan, Objektif Pembelajaran, Aktiviti PdP, Pentaksiran, Refleksi.
  • Fully editable before, during and after generation.
  • Export to DOCX or PDF when the draft is yours.

KPM document generation

The documents your school asks for, in formats you can submit

Weekly RPH, PBD reporting, exam analysis, attendance records — the recurring paperwork that has to exist in a particular shape. SekolahBuddy builds them from what you have already recorded, in layouts that follow commonly used Malaysian school formats.

Export as DOCX when someone will edit it, PDF when it is being submitted, or XLSX when it feeds a spreadsheet the school already maintains. SekolahBuddy is not a KPM product and does not claim KPM approval — you review every document before it goes anywhere.

  • Document types covering RPH, PBD reporting, exam analysis and attendance.
  • DOCX, PDF and XLSX export from the same record.
  • Layouts built around formats Malaysian schools already use.
  • A review step before submission, by design rather than by accident.
